| Shipping Detail: Parcels are sent via Royal Mail. At busy times please allow 1-2 days for larger orders (15 or more items) to be picked and packed from our storage unit and collected for delivery. Our postage/shipping rates are highly competitive and should the cost of posting your order exceed what you have paid, we will cover the extra cost ourselves. Shipping fees are equated depending on the weight of your order. If you require next day delivery which is not automatically offered in the ordering process, please contact us before ordering, we may be able to provide you with this service. | Free Shipping: In most cases "approx 6-14 days for delivery" on the free shipping method is an exaggeration to prevent customer disappointment. | Out of Stock Items: Because we are committed to customer satisfaction, Dreamgirl Shopping DOES NOT DROP-SHIP! We keep a general stock of all items advertised but stock levels change daily especially at busy times. If your order contains just in-stock items, the order will be shipped on the same day. If one or more items are out of stock, we will ship what we have in stock, notify you of any outstanding items and await your instructions. 87% of orders placed in 2010 were dispatched on the same day and delivered before their estimated delivery allowance date or shipping method timescale. We order out of stock items from the US on a Monday (at Holiday/Seasonal times we order in from the US on Mondays and Wednesdays). | Special Order Items: Across our store you will see a vast array of products, our lines held in stock (between 5000 and 7000 lines are held in stock at any one time) are based on popular purchasing trends. For example, fishnet tights in all colours - all colours are mentioned in the item description but your required colour may not selectable at time of purchase. This would be for two reasons. Either the manufacturers themselves are out of stock in this colour despite us trying to order it in, or this colour is not a line we hold in stock. If you require a colour that is not selectable, please contact us and we will add this colour to our next order with the manufacturer and contact you when it arrives in our stock. | Seasonal & Holiday Orders: Such as Christmas, Halloween, Bank Holidays and Valentines are very busy and place a high demand on our stock levels. Please bear this in mind. We recommend ordering at least 7 days before you require your items. Some manufacturers cease making seasonal items before the holiday is over and there will be an extensive delay in receiving seasonal goods ordered if not done so early enough. While this is beyond our control, we try to list seasonal items as early as possible and encourage our customers to order early or pre-order outside of the season if buying in bulk (e.g. dance/theatre groups). | ||||||||||||||
