Q. What do you do with the details I provide before purchasing? |

A. Your details are used only to process your order, and are
held at your convenience for order tracking and future orders
only. |

Q. What payment methods do you accept? |
|
A. We accept cheques or postal orders, PayPal and most major
credit cards. Credit card payments are processed through PayPal
using SSL security (see privacy policies for more details), you
will be emailed payment instructions if choosing this method.
You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card via
PayPal. |

Q. When will I get my goods? |

A. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days,
parcels are sent using Royal Mail Delivery, you choose your
preferred delivery at checkout. |

Q. How much is postage/when will I receive it? |

We offer a selection of UK and international postage methods,

Our
postage/shipping rates are highly competitive and should the
cost of posting your order exceed what you have paid, we will
cover the extra cost ourselves. Unlike some online stores, we do
not believe in making a profit by charging extortionate postage
fees! Shipping fees are equated depending on the weight and size
of your order. |

Q. Do you have discreet packaging and ordering? (contents are
unknown). |

A. Yes, plain brown padded envelope/box,
NO markings with reference to contents. If the packaging
contains delicates, these will be wrapped in a plastic sealed
bag, and then possibly packed into a box. Dreamgirl Shopping is
a division of DGTG Home Shopping and this is the name that will
appear on your card statement. |

Q. Do you offer Next Day Special Delivery on in stock items? |
|
A. Please contact us before ordering if you want next day
delivery, we aim to keep a full stock at all times and do our
best to predict customer demand. The Post Office are also
currently involved in industrial disputes, unfortunately they are
on strike from time to time. Depending on the item/s you
purchase and the Post Office we may or may not be able to offer
you next day delivery. We do apologise for this and are in the
process of sourcing an alternative delivery service. |
