Reservations:
If you have a particular query or are unsure, please contact us
before ordering, our office staff are always happy to help. If
you wish to register your interest in a particular item for
purchase at a later date please use the wishlist facility. We
are happy to reserve items for up to 14 working days for
registered customers paying by cheque/postal order, and for up
to 5 working days for registered customers who contact us with a
reservation request. Ordering an item without completing the
payment or checkout process does not constitute in the item
being reserved for you. Orders placed without payment are
automatically deleted from our system without prior notice. |

Ordering: For registered customers who place an
order, notifications and updates regarding your order will be
sent by email and are logged onto your order history. If an item
is out of stock, you will be notified and we will send it as
soon as possible or a replacement will be offered. If you are
having problems receiving email, all comments regarding your
order can be viewed on your order history by logging in to your
account, once on your account screen you will be able to view
comments and notifications associated to your orders. Cancelled
orders are automatically deleted from the system after 28 days.
No support is available for a cancelled order that has been
deleted. |

Email:
Customers who register on the dreamgirl-shopping.co.uk website
can choose whether or not to subscribe to the newsletter mailing
list in the registration process, or can change their mind at
any time and choose to subscribe or unsubscribe by logging into
their account and following the links on the My Account screen.
All customers receive a welcome email on registering, and will
receive further emails when an order is placed. Emails regarding
orders and welcome emails are encouraged by Trading Standards,
these emails are not optional. If you wish to close your account
for any reason, please contact us. Please note that once your
account has closed your order history will also be deleted and
cannot be restored to a new account |

Shipping:
Your parcel will be sent within 1-2 working days of receipt of
order unless you are notified otherwise. Parcels are sent via
Royal Mail (except for larger orders) in plain packaging and may
require a signature upon receipt of delivery. Our
postage/shipping rates are fair and should the cost of posting
your order exceed what you have paid, we will cover the extra
cost ourselves. Shipping fees are equated depending on the
weight and size of your order and include VAT. If you require
next day delivery which is not automatically offered in the
ordering process, please contact us before ordering, we may be
able to provide you with this service. Please contact us before
mid-day if you require this service. This service may incur a
small fee. Next Day delivery and Express Delivery is currently
only available to customers in the UK. For more information

Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available across all items
with no minimum order for orders delivered to a UK address.

International Shipping:
International customers (non-EU residents) please note that your
parcel may be subject to import duty charges upon receipt
depending on value and delivery destination, which you will need
to pay before your parcel is released for delivery in your
resident Country. More information is available from your local
government office. These charges are your responsibility and are
not included in the price you pay on the
dreamgirl-shopping.co.uk website. |

Payment:
Credit and Debit card payments are
processed by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by
this method and your payment is fully protected by your bank or
card issuer as it would be with any other distance purchase and
you will have the assistance of the PayPal support team should
any problems arise. The payment will show up on you card or bank
statement with the Payment reference DGTGHOMES. This is the
registered trading name used by the dreamgirl-shopping.co.uk
website. PayPal apply a number of fraud checking techniques to
payments made by card. If you are having trouble making your
payment by PayPal you will need to contact the PayPal support
team. We use PayPal specifically because of the added level of
protection they provide. Payment can also be made by Cheque,
Postal order (or Bank Transfer - coming soon), details of how to
pay these methods are included on your order confirmation if
this is the method you choose. |

Prices: The
price advertised on the dreamgirl-shopping.co.uk website at the
time of purchase is the price you pay excluding shipping costs.
All prices include VAT at 17.5%. There are no further charges
except for the shipping cost (unless you choose free shipping
which costs nothing!). We have taken several cost cutting
measures over the last quarter of 2009 which means most items
have incurred little or no increase in price despite the UK VAT
increase and some items have even been reduced in price! Prices
are subject to change depending on changes to the wholesale
prices we pay and any changes to the cost of importing.
Customers purchasing in EURO or US Dollar please note,
currencies are regularly updated to reflect the most recent
possible exchange, however a small mark-up is added to the
values of these currencies as there is a higher charge placed on
us to accept payment in a currency other than British Pound
Sterling. For the best possible price please choose British
Pound Sterling when placing your order. |

Environmental Policy:
UK customers please note that your order and shipped
confirmation emails are also your printable receipt/invoice.
Invoices can also be printed from your account history by
logging into your account and viewing your order history. By
default, no paperwork is included within your parcel. Customers
will also receive email communication regarding Partially
shipped orders and completed orders of which we retain
electronically stored copies for legal and accounting
reference. This cuts our company paper waste and consumption by
a very significant amount and helps us to remain an
environmentally friendly business, something we are very proud
of. All customer communications are placed via email or
telephone only. UK customers are asked to request a paper
invoice/receipt to be included within their package if they
require one which may be subject to a small administration fee.
We also have a strict ordering policy from our international
suppliers and manufacturers. We order internationally once per
week in an effort to minimize the air miles used to retain stock
levels. We are very grateful to customers who appreciate our
efforts to minimize our carbon footprint and welcome any
suggestions you may have to improve this policy further. We hope
that in the future international orders will also be fulfilled
this way though there are currently some restrictions with
regards to international customs laws. |

Cancellation:
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
2000 states that you have the right to cancel an order without
giving a reason within 7 days. If you have already received your
order within 7 days of purchase and need to cancel it, please
see the returns policy below for instructions. If your order has
not been shipped or posted within 7 days of purchase and you
need to cancel it, please contact us using the online enquiry
form. |

Refunds Policy:
For orders that are part shipped due to out of stock items, you
may request a refund by email please using the online enquiry
form at any time for outstanding items that you have not
received. These refunds are usually issued within 24 hours of
you contacting us. Please see the returns policy where a refund
is required for items that you have already received.
Non-adherence to the returns policy will result in your refund
not being processed. We will replace or refund most items
provided they are returned complete, unused, undamaged and in
their original packaging in as new condition fit for resale,
with any appropriate tags intact, and completed returns
form within 7 days of receipt of the returns form as per the
returns policy below. Please note that any postage/shipping
costs will not be refunded. |

Returns
Policy: If you need to return items, you must
contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order before
returning your item to us. Customer service staff will send you
a returns form by email. The returns form must be printed,
completed and enclosed with your return. Returns forms are
unique to your order and each form has a unique authorisation
code. A returns form can be used once only. Your order history
will be updated on the day your returns form is sent. If you are
having trouble receiving email please contact us so that we can
send you a form by post. We cannot accept the return for hygiene
reasons of any intimate lingerie, hosiery, underwear, or
cosmetics. Some items such as corsets for example include a
thong, if you want to try this item for size please do so
without trying on the thong or removing any tags. An item tried
on in this way is returnable for a refund. You can return your
goods via the Post Office. Please ensure items are adequately
packaged and labelled, and your completed returns note is
enclosed. Please retain proof of posting your return as we
cannot be held responsible for returns lost in the post. Returns
must be posted within 7 days of receipt of the returns form. |

Unacceptable Returns:
If you return an item to us outside the terms of our returns
policy we may not refund you. The item/s may be returned back to
you at your expense. You will be notified of this and other
associated charges. If you send the item back to us again, or
refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be an
irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without
further notice. Please note: Disposal will not constitute any
admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour
our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any
unlawful action against the goods. Agreement: By ordering
